Melon Grab 2025
History
Ric used to do them all. Nose grab, tail grab, melon grab, stalefish grab, indy grab, Japan grab, etc. etc. One of my favorite memories from a fluffy pow day back in the day that I shared with a skier friend, "If I see you do one more tail grab, I'm going to tackle you." He was deranged, I think, and fed up with my steez. Since then, the reality of aging has hit. I tried to reach deep into my bag o' grabs on this particular day, and the only one I could reach was the melon, pictured above.
